Welcome to the Avon Grove Intermediate School parent-teacher conference scheduling system.

When scheduling your conference, please indicate if you prefer an online, phone or in-person meeting by adding -PHONE, -ONLINE, or -IN PERSON when entering the student’s LAST NAME. You will receive a confirmation email from PTCFast.

You will need to check your child’s teachers’ Schoology pages for room location (in-person conference) or Google Meet link (online or conferences). If you are interested in a phone conference, please reach out to your child’s teachers by March 11th with the phone number you'd like to be contacted at.
