Directions to Schedule ECP-12th Grade Conferences:

1. Select ALL of your child/ren’s teachers with whom you want to meet. (See grade specific conference guide below for times).

2. Click ‘Submit’.

3. Select one child or multiple children as applicable.

4. Almost immediately, you will be sent an email to complete the process. (Check your junk/spam filters for an email from PTCFast if you do not see one.).

5. Follow the link from the PTCFast email.

6. Select an available time-slot in each teacher column. Be sure not to double-book your time-slots as not all grade-levels have the same length conferences (See below for general guidelines about conference times)

7. Fill out student/parent info at bottom of the page and click ‘Confirm Selections’.

8. A confirmation email will be sent with your conference times. If you have not received one, check your spam filter for emails from PTCFast. If you do not receive a confirmation, you MUST select times again.

All ECP-12th grade conferences are scheduled for 20 minutes and will now run at the same time across all divisions.

Kindergarten-12th grade conferences are all student-led this spring, so you will only meet with your student’s advisor (Upper School) and for Lower School, your assigned grade level teacher. Remember, your student must be present for these conferences.
