Directions to Schedule ECP-11th Grade Conferences:

1. Select ALL of your child/ren’s teachers with whom you want to meet. (If you already have a K-8 SLC conference scheduled you will NOT schedule that conference again here.)

2. Click ‘Submit’.

3. Select one child or multiple children as applicable.

4. Almost immediately, you will be sent an email to complete the process. (Check your junk/spam filters for an email from PTCFast if you do not see one.).

5. Follow the link from the PTCFast email.

6. Select an available time-slot in each teacher column. Be sure not to double-book your time-slots as not all grade-levels have the same length conferences (See below for general guidelines about conference times)

7. Fill out student/parent info at bottom of the page and click ‘Confirm Selections’.

8. A confirmation email will be sent with your conference times. If you have not received one, check your spam filter for emails from PTCFast. If you do not receive a confirmation, you MUST select times again.

General Conference time guidelines:

-ECP conference times vary by grade.

-Kindergarten - 4th grade teacher conferences are 10 minutes long. Parents can meet separately with available teachers.

-6th - 7th grade conferences are 7 minutes long and are held by each of your child's General, Judaic, and Hebrew teachers.

-9th - 11th grade conferences are student-led and you will only choose to meet with your student's advisory teacher. Remember, your student must be present for the conference as well.

-12th grade group presentation times will be coordinated on this day internally and you will be notified by your child’s advisor. This system will not be used.

Some meeting times have already been scheduled in the lower and middle school for student-led conferences. Refer to your email for those times.
