Conferences will be taking place on Tuesday, October 14th from 2:00pm-8:00pm and Wednesday, October 15th from 8:00am-4:00pm. Please see below for additional conferences information.

Elementary

Please sign up for one, 20 minute time slot with your scholar’s homeroom teacher. Teachers will be in their classrooms. If you feel you need more time, please contact that particular teacher to set up a separate conference. Specialists will be located in their classrooms as well if you need to see them. You do not need to schedule a time to meet with specialist teachers and you can simply stop by their classroom to conference with them. The deadline to sign up is by the end of the day on 10/12. If you miss the deadline, you will need to email your scholar's teacher to arrange a time to meet during conferences. Please reach out to your scholar’s homeroom teacher with any questions or concerns. Note that a scholar's conference time will be scheduled for both/all parents/guardians/caregivers at the same time, unless legal documentation states otherwise. Please do not attempt to drop in and have the conference at another unscheduled time.

Middle School

You will need to sign up for a ten minute conference time with each of your scholar’s teachers.

6th Grade: If your scholar is in sixth grade, you will sign up with Ms. Hanson, Mr. O'Brien, Mrs. Olson, and Mrs. Tyler.

7th & 8th Grade: If your scholar is in seventh or eighth grade, check your scholar’s schedule and sign up for the core teachers that you would like to meet with.
