Conferences will be taking place on Thursday, February 15th from 2:00pm-8:00pm and Friday, February 16th from 8:00am-4:00pm. The conference sign up link will go live on Wednesday, January 31st at 4:00pm.

Elementary

Please sign up for one, 20 minute time slot with your scholar’s homeroom teacher. Teachers will be in their classrooms. If you feel you need more time, please contact that particular teacher to set up a separate conference. Specialists will be located in their classrooms as well if you need to see them. You do not need to schedule a time to meet with specialist teachers and you can simply stop by their classroom to conference with them. Please reach out to your scholar’s homeroom teacher with any questions or concerns.

Middle School

You will need to sign up for a ten minute conference time with each of your scholar’s teachers. If your scholar is in sixth grade, you will sign up with Mrs. Olson and Ms. Bergen. If your scholar is in seventh or eighth grade, you will sign up with Mrs. Ovrebo, Mr. Mahaney, Ms. Weidner, and Mr. Pitschneider. Teachers will be in their classrooms. If you feel you need more time, please contact that particular teacher to set up a separate conference. Specialists will be located in their classrooms as well if you need to see them. You do not need to schedule a time to meet with specialist teachers and you can simply stop by their classroom to conference with them.
