Welcome to the Bali Island School Conference scheduling system. Please refer to these IMPORTANT NOTES:

** For those of you registering MORE THAN ONE child: Please select teachers for ONE of your children first. After registering one child, you will have an opportunity to add another child at the end of the process (See detailed instructions).

** The Primary Three Way Conferences will be held from Monday, Sept 30th, Wednesday, Oct 2nd until Friday, October 4th, 2024. Each session on campus will last for 15 minutes for Homeroom & Specialist teachers. Preschool students will have 20 minute conferences. Preschool students are welcome and encouraged to attend, but are not expected to ‘lead’ the conferences, as they are in K-G5.

In Kindergarten - 5, students will host a three-way conference. This will involve the student, parents and homeroom teachers. This is an opportunity to discuss your child’s growth, and any areas of concern. Thank you for supporting your child's learning through this conference and thank you for being on time at your scheduled session.

** Secondary will hold On Friday, October 4th we will adopt a hybrid approach where face-to-face meetings will take place on campus in the morning starting from 08:00 -12:48, and in the afternoon from 13:00-16:00, we will offer online meetings via “Google Meet”. Access to the online meetings will be through your child’s School Gmail account, not personal email accounts. They will be able to access the meeting link through their school calendars. These meetings are student-driven, and therefore, it is necessary that your child MUST attend, either face-to-face or virtually. Thank you in anticipation for respecting everyone’s opportunity to converse by being prompt at the conference and keeping an eye on the clock.
