Welcome to the Beecher Elementary School parent-teacher conference scheduling system. Conferences will be held in the teacher's classroom unless noted otherwise. Please select your child's HOMEROOM teacher below. Appointments are 15 minutes in length. Ms. Assise and Mrs. Garza will attend conferences with homeroom teachers, so appointments with them do not need to be scheduled.

Choose your conference, then register your name and contact info. This creates a registration for each conference and sends you a confirmation email with a link to choose an appointment time. On that same page, you will be able to add or change registration(s) and appointment(s).
