Welcome to the CP Smith Elementary School parent teacher conference scheduling system. To begin the process, please select your child's teacher below. If you have more than one conference to schedule, please check all teachers with whom you would like to conference and follow prompts to enter your children's names and register your e-mail address.

New this fall: You will be asked to select your Meeting Type: In-Person or Video Conference. You can have an In-person or Video Conference on either Monday, 11/24 or Tuesday, 11/25 .

You will be asked to select the event and then enter your names and email. The system will then send you a link to choose your appointment time(s). From that link you may add or change times.
