Welcome to the Cedar Crest Middle School parent-teacher conference scheduling system for the 2024-2025 School Year! Scheduling will be open from October 28rd at 4 pm through November 19th at 11:59 pm.

Step 1 is registration. After you receive the email of registration confirmation, Step 2 will allow scheduling the conference time(s).

Step 1: Please begin by selecting only TWO teachers with whom you would like to schedule a conference. Then, click on the SUBMIT button at the bottom right to continue with the registration process. When you have submitted all of the information requested, you will be registered.

Skyward Family Access can be used to review your child’s grades and help determine which teachers you would like to meet with during conferences. In order to accommodate as many families as possible, we ask that you select times for NO MORE THAN TWO (2) CORE area teachers for each child (Math, Science, Social Studies, English/Language Arts and Reading). Please note that the Blue Aggies Social Studies class is taught by all the teachers on the team. Please refer to Skyward to see who your child's Social Studies teacher is.

Step 2: An email will be sent to you with an embedded link to click on to complete the scheduling process. On the "Time Picker" page, you will see the available conference times for the teacher(s) you chose. If the times you want are not available, go back to Step 1 and choose a different teacher.

Note: You may request additional conferences with any number of your child's teachers from the Multi-grade and/or Specialist sections.

The PTCFast system will send you a confirmation email with your appointment times. If you selected more than two teachers to check availability, PTCFast may send you a "Reminder to select an appointment" email stating that the other conferences remain to be booked. **DISREGARD this message**. Look for the Confirmed times for two conferences only.
