Welcome to the Ebenezer Elementary parent-teacher conference scheduling system for the 2025-2026 School Year! The first step is registration. The second step is scheduling the conference time(s).

Step 1: Please begin by selecting the homeroom teacher(s) with whom you would like to schedule a conference. Note: You may request additional conferences with any number of teachers from the Multi-grade and/or Specialist sections (i.e. Specials & Learning Support). Then, click on the SUBMIT button at the bottom right to continue with the registration process. When you have submitted all of the information requested, you will be registered.

Step 2: An email will be sent to you with an embedded link to click on to complete the scheduling process. On the Time Picker page, you will see the available conference times for the teacher(s) you chose. On this page select the times for your conference(s) and click on the confirm selections button at the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

The PTCFast system will send you a confirmation email with your appointment times.

You will be asked to select the event and then enter your names and email. The system will then send you a link to choose your appointment time(s). From that link you may add or change times.
