November 2024 conferences will be in person on Monday, 11/25 and virtual, Tuesday, 11/26. After registering for the conference and selecting a time, please use the special request box to request a virtual conference for Monday, 11/25 if that is needed instead of an in-person conference.

You will be asked to select the event and then enter your names and email. The system will then send you a link to choose your appointment time(s). From that link you may add or change times.
