Dear HMS Families, The teachers at Holman Middle School are looking forward to meeting you at our upcoming Parent-Teacher Conferences. The conferences will take place during the following days and times:

Thursday, November 4 from 8:30AM - 11:30AM. Conferences on this day will be virtual conferences conducted via Microsoft Teams. Links will be provided before the date of the conferences at our conference website linked at the end of this message.

Thursday, November 11 from 4:00PM - 7:00PM. Conferences on this day will be in-person and conducted in the teacher's classroom at Holman Middle School.

In an effort to accommodate as many families as possible, we are offering two days for you to choose from for conferences. Please note, you do not need to set up more than one conference with a teacher and you do not need to conference with your child’s ADVISORY (ADV per) teacher.

There will be NO scheduled Parent-Teacher Conferences in February as in the past. However, if you wish to meet with your child’s teacher(s) at any time during the school year, outside of the two dates, please contact the teacher directly and a meeting/conference can be scheduled.

All virtual conferences (November 4) will be held virtually using Microsoft Teams. Teams will provide you with the option to video conference with your student’s teachers using a computer or mobile device via the free Teams app. All of the links and will be posted on our Conference Landing Website: https://sites.google.com/henrico.k12.va.us/hms-conferences/home
