Welcome to the Horizon Elementary School scheduling system. We are currently scheduling Spring Parent Teacher Conferences for the week of March 4th 2024.

Please select a time that works best in your schedule for a virtual conference, and complete the registration process. If you would like to schedule an in person conference on Tuesday March 5th or Wednesday March 6th, please email your child's teacher to schedule a time.
