Welcome to the Iowa-Grant School District Parent/Teacher Conference Registration Portal.

Sign-up for all District-Wide Parent/Teacher Conferences via https://ptcfast.com/schools/IGSD. ALL conferences will be virtual ~ video or phone ~ during the week of February 20th ~ EXCEPT Thursday, FEBRUARY 23RD which is in-person only.

TO REGISTER FOR CONFERENCES:

•Select the name of your child's teacher from the list below.

•Click Submit

•Enter First & Last Name of the student

•Enter Your Name

•Enter & confirm your email address.

•Enter Phone Number (optional)

•Click Submit

•After submission, you will receive an email from PTCFast.com with a link to select the date and time. Please click on the link provided in the email to select a conference time.

•If you wish to register with another TEACHER for the SAME student, please choose the option on the left "Register another conference at Iowa-Grant Schools for Student Name." Continue this process until all teachers have been selected and scheduled.

After clicking on the emailed registration link you have the option to add additional teachers and/or students to your registered email address. Directions are below.

•If you have more than one student, please choose the option on the left to "Add a different student at Iowa-Grant Schools" BEFORE submitting the form. This will bring up each student's teacher side-by-side so you can compare available times more easily. Parents needing to schedule for more than one student should do so as soon as possible to better ensure time blocks close together.

•Once all conference times have been scheduled, click on Confirm Selections and Exit. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL CONTAIN THE GOOGLE MEET LINK & PHONE NUMBER FOR THE CONFERENCE(S). DO NOT DELETE.

Due to time limitations, only ONE conference will be scheduled for each student. This conference is intended to include ALL parents/guardians of that child. If there are two households involved, please work together to find a mutually agreeable time and share the virtual conference information.
