Please sign up for a Parent-Teacher Conference with your child's teacher(s). In Class Resource Teachers (ICR) will meet with you jointly with your child's classroom teacher whenever possible. If a joint meeting is not possible, as ICR teachers teach across different grade levels, your child's ICR teacher will reach out to you to arrange for a separate mutually convenient conference once the conference schedule is set. If your child receives instruction in the Resource Center, please schedule separate conferences for both the Resource Room Teacher and your child's classroom teacher for subjects not taught in the Resource Center. Special Area Teachers (Art, Music, Health, PE, Spanish, Instrumental Music, Ed-Tech, Math Coach, Reading Specialist, and our SBSS) are available to meet with you on the days they are regularly scheduled at Village. Please contact them directly via email to set up an appointment time should you wish to have a conference.

If you recently met with your child's teacher(s) it may not be necessary to meet again now, however please let the teacher know you are not scheduling a meeting. Although this is the one formally scheduled parent-teacher conference during the school year, you can always request a parent-teacher conference during the school year.
