Welcome to the Princeton Community Middle School’s Parent Teacher Conference scheduling system. First quarter conferences will be on Thursday September 17th, 2026 from 4:00-7:00pm. You may choose a time for either date, but please do not sign up for both. All Parent Teacher Conferences will occur in person for the 2026-2027 school year. All students should attend with their parent/guardian.

Please select your child’s teachers and choose a time slot for your child’s parent teacher conference. If you have any questions regarding the scheduling of conferences, please contact the main office at 513-864-2000. If you have a question about an individual teacher’s conference, please contact that teacher.

You will be asked to select the event and then enter your names and email. The system will then send you a link to choose your appointment time(s). From that link, you may add or change times. When signing up for a conference, please include your phone number and email address.

If your child is in Music, Band, Choir, or Orchestra and you wish to conference with them they ask that you please contact the teacher directly.

Please select the event(s) you want to schedule, then hit Submit. On the next screen, you will enter your names and email, and we will send you a link to choose your times. No need to create an account or download an app.
