Welcome to the Ron Brown College Preparatory High School Parent-Teacher Conference scheduling system to schedule your Mid-Term One Parent-Teacher Conference for 9th-, 10th-, 11th- & 12th-Grade RBHS Young King Parents/Guardians.

For your convenience, please schedule times with your son's teachers which best fit your schedule.

Each Parent Teacher-Conference session is 10 minutes in length so teachers can fit in the most meetings during the day.

Meetings times are available for Young Kings' parents or guardians on Thursday, March 14, 2024, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:59 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.to 3:30 p.m.

To schedule, please follow the directions below OR watch the video (https://cutt.ly/rbhs_ptc):

1. Please select all your Young King's teachers/classes below.

2. Register your son's name, your name, and your contact information. Click on submit.

3. Check your email to confirm your email address. You will find an email with the subject header "Select Date/Time for Teacher Conference Now".

4. Click on the link provided in your email to register for a conference with each teacher one at a time. Make sure you add a phone number since that is the way teachers will contact you at your scheduled time.

5. You will receive an email confirmation for each Parent-Teacher Conference you schedule online.

To access your meeting online, enter the Access Link emailed to you in your meeting confirmation letter as the entry code in case you want to review, change, or cancel your meeting with the teacher.

If you do not have internet access to schedule your Parent-Teacher Conferences, please call the school (202)729-4343 or the individual teachers to schedule your conference appointments.
