Find your child's teacher and complete the process for registering. You can schedule all children in a family, at the same time. Teachers will come pick your child up and return them to you. Parents will wait in the school gym while their child is assessed.

If there is not an available time for you, chose the grade level "additional assessor."

Students are welcome to bring school supplies to assessments, they can leave them in their classroom.

You will be asked to select the event and then enter your names and email. The system will then send you a link to choose your appointment time(s). From that link you may add or change times.
