Welcome to the Short Pump Middle School Family/ Teacher conference scheduling system. Family/ Teacher Conferences will be held on Thursday, February 13th from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM. To schedule a conference please select your child's teacher below and click 'submit'. You then will have to fill out an information page which PTCFast will send you a confirmation email (please check your junk mail if you do not receive one) that provides available time slots for that teacher. Please make sure to take note of which evening you are selecting. If there is not a time available to meet with a specific teacher please contact them directly via email to set up another time for a conference.
